If you are asked to submit a CV/PHP and a cover letter/motivation statement, prioritize the CV/PHP.

If you are also asked to answer screening questions, I strongly recommend that you have both those answers and your CV/PHP reviewed. Your answers to screening questions are critical to getting you longlisted (past eligibility review) and the CV/PHP is critical to getting you shortlisted (invited to the next step).

Absolutely, when you choose the 2- or 3-document bundle, you can submit any combination of application documents – including multiple versions of the same type, like two CVs tailored to different roles.

The screencast that you'll also receive will explain my suggestions so that you understand why I make them and can use them for this and future applications.

Sometimes, I will suggest bigger structural changes or an overhaul of how a document is approached in terms of structure, content and/or tone.

As such, you'll have some work to do after you receive my review and I strongly recommend that you order the service well in advance so that you have time to review and implement the feedback, as well as letting it rest and make final edits before it's due to be submitted.
