I'll attempt to get a bit personal today. While staying on topic, of course.

Honestly, it feels a bit awkward, as both in coaching conversations and in my emails, I'm used to being the one posing questions, asking you to talk about your experience and motivation.

However, after an email I sent a while back about the importance of sharing your "why" in UN job applications, the question was turned back to me - how did I end up doing what I do, and why do I do it?

Fair enough.
