Summer is here!

A season that lends itself to reflection as many take time off, maybe transition between jobs, studies, or life stages, such as kids starting or graduating from school.

I'm a big fan of reflecting and listening to our own heart and gut, but where would we be without listening to the experience of others?

As you line up your summer playlist, here are three podcasts offering different perspectives on the UN/impact experience. Search for them in the podcast app of your choice:

• Awake at Night (by the UN, senior officials interviewed; gives perspective and insight into the mission and work of different UN entities)
• United Nations Career Journey Podcast (also by the UN, career portraits/interviews; gives insight into what it's like working in various UN functions)
• The Impact Consulting Podcast (by a consulting couple, on life as an independent consultant; gives tips on establishing yourself as a consultant in the impact sector, and interviews with professionals who are making a career out of consulting)
